- Supabase (database hosting, servers in Europe)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Anthropic (AI generation - your profile data, experiences, and skills are securely transmitted via TLS to generate personalized documents. Anthropic does not retain your data beyond request processing, in accordance with their privacy policy)

8. Cookies
TESTmyATS uses essential cookies for service operation (authentication, preferences). No advertising cookies are used.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Data access is restricted and controlled.
10. Storage of submitted CVs (optional)
By default, your CV is never kept: the analysis is performed and then the content is discarded. If you tick the dedicated consent box (unticked by default, optional, with no impact on access to the tool), TESTmyATS keeps the content of your CV, the related job posting and your score, in order to improve the tool and produce aggregated, anonymized statistics about the job market. This storage is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. A CV may contain sensitive data (Art. 9 GDPR): by ticking the box, you explicitly consent to its storage for these purposes. To exercise your right to erasure, write to us at joplaz.app@outlook.com from the email address shown on your CV: the associated data will be deleted. Aggregated, anonymized statistics, which no longer allow you to be identified, are not affected by this deletion. Retention period: until you request deletion.
11. Changes
This policy may be modified. Users will be notified by email in case of significant changes.
